HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?

We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can log on to www.ups.com or www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to track your order. You can also log into your account and click on order status to track your order.
UPS can also be reached by phone: 1-800-PICK-UPS (U.S customers)
It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in the UPS system. |

Shipping Methods
All in stock items will ship within 24-48 hrs. Orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will ship the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with the exception of PO Boxes, which are shipped via USPS. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be left at the door or returned to us. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you selected during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account.
We ship to all 50 continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
UPS DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS (US)
UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Normally orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days. Complete tracking info provided. Ground service delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to all 50 states in the United States. Transit times vary depending on your UPS shipping zone. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days): Normally orders will be delivered by the end of the third business day. Complete tracking info provided. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days): Normally orders will be delivered by the end of the 2nd business day. Complete tracking info provided. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to all 50 states in the United States.
UPS 2nd Day Air AM (2 business days): Normally orders will be delivered by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. on the second business day. Complete tracking info provided. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous states.
UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day): Normally orders will be delivered within 1 business day by 3:00 p.m. or end of day depending on destination. Complete tracking info provided. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to all 50 states in the United States.
UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): Normally orders will be delivered within 1 business day by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. or end of day, depending on destination. Complete tracking info provided. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Most items may be shipped to all 50 states in the United States.
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business day): Normally orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
Domestic Shipping Rates (US) Shipping costs for orders placed on thefreshyard.com are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.
