ORIGINAL DESIGN, PRIVATE-LABEL and SMU AGREEMENTS
Original-design manufacturing services, exclusivity rights to any of our unreleased styles in-projection, custom-modification or relabelling of our stock-styles require a 300 piece MOQ. 

MANUFACTURING LEAD TIMES
Offshore production and shipping turnaround require a minimal lead time of 4-6 weeks.  

Timeframes are general estimates, subject to exception, and assumes the item will be produced from stock fabrics and trims. Special dyes or washes, custom printed or milled fabrics, unique trims or finishes, international holidays, and unanticipated delays in shipping will delay production. 

HOW WE SELL OUR STOCK COLLECTIONS
All general line stock is sold by pre-packs in our own standardized size breakdown, typically 1SM, 2MD, 2LG, 2XL, 1XXL ratio; one color option of one style.  We do not sell our general-line via "open" stock.   

MAIN-LABELS
Our own FXN cloth labels are stitched-in as main-labels (at the top-corner edges only).  They are easily removable.  We offer re-labelling services for orders over 300 pieces on in-line/in-season goods and pre-booked orders.
