All Sales Are Final
All sales at FXN Menswear are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defect reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item. To request a replacement, email us at info@fxnmenswear.com with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. Once approved, ship the item to:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.

For any item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your approved return; a gift certificate will be issued once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver to pass along, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
